We celebrated Ella's 5th birthday (I still can't believe she's 5!) on Saturday with a luau at the pool! My mom and dad got their new pool open just in time and it was perfect! Several of Ella's friends came and they had a great time!

Ella's only two requests for her party was that she have a hula skirt and headband with flowers to wear when she opened her gifts and to have a flip flop cake (see below)!

Ella has been asking for a "Just Like You" American Girl doll since after Christmas.... She was beyond excited to finally get her! (And I will say that she hasn't put "Isabella" down since the party!)
