Meet "Alvin" the Elf on the Shelf! He was waiting on us when we got back from the beach and Ella and Emeri are still trying to figure him out! According to the book, once we decided on his name Alvin's mission began! He is here to keep an eye out for Santa and each night he goes to the North Pole and reports to Santa and is in a different spot in the morning when we wake. So, naughty or nice....I sure hope we get a good report!
The tree[s] are up, the stockings are hung!! Now I just need to get some shopping done!

Chewy landed at our house on Sunday. He's part menace seeing as he's already raided the candy canes! Your tree looks great!
